Privacy

Planpad is a task board for teams. This page explains what it stores about you and what you can do about it. The people who run this Planpad are responsible for it; ask them if you have questions.

What we keep

• Your name, email address, time zone and, if you add one, a picture link.
• A secure (hashed) version of your password, or the fact that you sign in with Google.
• What you create: cards, comments, files, reminders and settings.
• Sign-in sessions (one cookie, used only to keep you signed in) and recent failed sign-in attempts, to stop password guessing.

There are no adverts, tracking cookies or analytics. Logs record requests without your email address or passwords.

Who can see it

People in your workspaces see your name, picture and what you write in projects they can open. Files are private and only shared through links that expire after 5 minutes. Emails are sent through the email service this Planpad is set up with.

How long we keep it

• Your account and work: while your account and workspace exist.
• Notifications: 90 days.
• Card history: kept with the card, as a record of changes.

Your choices

• Change your details or download everything about you as a file in Profile and account.
• Choose which notifications reach you, and unsubscribe from any email with one click.
• Delete your account at any time. Your personal details are removed; what you wrote for your team stays, shown as “Deleted user”.
